Scott M. Nelson Claimplus Founder and President
Scott has 30 years of insurance contents services experience, innovation and outstanding customer service. Scott founded Claimplus building a company known for value, effectiveness and customer service. Scott was an early innovator introducing a new alignment between the insurance carrier and policyholder that holds down claim expenses while insuring policyholder satisfaction. Scott’s in-depth knowledge in all areas of contents including fine arts, collectables, gems, firearms and commercial markets has made him an industry resource and consultant in some of the most challenging and complex situations. Claimplus customers have come to rely on Scott’s business integrity, product knowledge, accuracy and property claim processing best practices to help define claim system processes.

In 1976 Beth was introduced to the insurance service industry as her family pioneered the positive concept of insurance loss product replacement. 30 years of industry experience has seasoned Beth in the art of customer service, property claims processes, industry and policyholder expectations. Beth is dedicated to deliver and mentor the rewarding results of applied expert product knowledge, exceptional client services to achieve an organized claim cycle. Together, Beth and Scott created Claimplus delivering an economical, innovative and the most accurate contents claims solution in the industry. Beth has developed several software application tools enabling both Claimplus and insurance carrier personnel to cycle through claims with more efficiency.

Since George became a part of our leadership team, Claimplus has experienced new areas of growth and productivity. George has brought to bear his manufacturing and business process improvement know-how to introduce greater efficiencies that have enabled the shortest cycle times in the industry. George has global experience growing both public and private companies in several industries. Prior to Claimplus, George has served in several corporate officer roles in general management, sales, marketing and as a board member. Most of George’s career was developed at Xerox Corporation which included assignments in the United States, China, Mexico as well as supporting Asia, Europe and Latin America. George has a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from California State University Fullerton and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
